Best balance of Milk, 1/2 & 1/2, Cream and Sugar....according to LA Times


1 cup Milk
1 cup half and half
2 cups whipping cream
1/2 cup plus 1 tablespoon sugar
4 tablespoons vanilla

Freeze according to mixer directions.  Makes 1 quart.
