GOOD SOUP!

DUB EGBERT

1 pound hamburger
1 pound sausage
1 onion, chopped fine
2 cloves garlic, minced
2 16 oz cans tomatoes, chopped
1 1/2 cups beef broth
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
2 16 oz cans Seaside Butter beans
1 16 oz can whole kernel corn


Slow fry chopped onion and garlic in oil or butter.  Add hamburger and sausage.  Cook until browned.  Scoop off fat.  Add salt and pepper.    To a larger pot, add meat mixture tomatoes and 1 1/2 cups broth.  Cover and cook for 45 minutes.  Add beans and drained corn.  Cover and cook for 20 minutes.
