LEMON SOUR CREAM PUDDING


1 cup milk
1 cup dairy sour cream
1 3/4 oz. package lemon instant pudding mix

Pour milk and sour cream into bowl.  Add pudding mix.  Beat slowly with rotary beater until well blended, about 1 to 2 minutes.  Immediately pour into serving dishes and let stand 5 minutes.  Refrigerate.  Makes 4 servings.
