MEAT LOAF

DUB EGBERT

2 lbs hamburger
1/2 cup onion, finely chopped
2/3 cup bread crumbs
2 eggs
1 teaspoon dry mustard
1/4 cup ketchup
2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon pepper
3 strips bacon

Mix all ingredients except hamburger and bacon.  Fold in hamburger.  Add more ketchup if necessary.  Put mixture in 5 x 9-inch  casserole and top with bacon strips.  Bake 1 to 1 1/4 hours at 350 degrees.
