PLUM CAKE

3/4 cup sugar
3/4 cup flour
1 cube butter (soft)
2 eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla
Cinnamon
Sugar
16 oz plums (canned or fresh)


Beat sugar and butter until fluffy.  Add eggs and vanilla and beat well. Fold in flour.  Pour into greased, small, floured pan.  Top with plums.  Sprinkle cinnamon and sugar on top of plums.  Bake 35 - 40 minutes at 350 degrees.
