PUMPKIN PIE

DEL MONTE

16 oz can of Pumpkin
2 eggs
1 1/4 cup sugar
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/4 teaspoon ginger
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups milk less 2 tablespoons

Preheat oven to 425 degrees.  Prepare pie crust.  Beat 2 eggs slightly.  Add Pumpkin, sugar, salt, cinnamon, ginger and milk. Mix well.  Pour into pie crust.  Bake at 425 degrees for 15 minutes.  Reduce heat to 375 and continue baking for 40 to 45 minutes.
