SALAD
DRESSING
JUSTIN WILSON
1 large clove garlic
Salt to crush garlic
4 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon Louisiana hot sauce
2 teaspoons Lea & Perrin Worcestershire sauce
1 tablespoon lime or lemon juice, fresh
2 teaspoons wine vinegar
2 tablespoons Creole mustard or Poupon
Using fork, crush garlic with salt. Pour
in olive oil and mix well. Combine
other ingredients in order listed, mixing well after each one.
Use with tossed green salad or bean salad.
