SNAPPY FRUIT MOLD

1 package (3 oz) Jello - any red flavor
1/8 teaspoon salt
3/4 cup boiling water
1 can (8 oz) jellied cranberry sauce
1 tablespoon grated orange rind
1 medium tart apple, finely chopped (about 1 cup)
1/3 cup chopped nuts
Whipped Cream Mayonnaise

Dissolve gelatin and salt in boiling water.  Stir cranberry sauce with fork until smooth.  Add to gelatin with orange rind, blending well.  Chill until thickened.  Add apples and nuts.  Chill until firm - about 4 hours.  Top with Whipped Cream Mayonnaise.

WHIPPED CREAM MAYONNAISE

Whip 1/2 cup heavy cream.  Fold in 1/4 cup mayonnaise (or Miracle Whip) and 1/8 teaspoon salt.
