SOCK-IT-TOO-ME CAKE

Cake

1 cup chopped pecans
2 tablespoons brown sugar, packed
2 tablespoons cinnamon
1 (18 1/2 ounce package yellow cake mix
1/4 cup oil
1/4 cup water
1 cup sour cream
4 eggs

Glaze

3 tablespoons milk
1 cup powdered sugar


Cake
Combine pecans, brown sugar and cinnamon in small bowl.  Set aside

Combine cake mix, oil, water, sugar, sour cream and eggs in large bowl ands beat at high speed with electric mixer 2 minutes.

Pour 2/3 mixture into greased 10-inch tube pan.  Sprinkle nut mixture over batter.  Add remaining batter and bake at 350 degrees until toothpick inserted in cake comes out clean, 45 to 55 minutes.  Cool 5 minutes

Glaze:
Slowly add milk to powdered sugar, stirring until smooth.  Drizzle over cake to cover completely.

8 servings.  Each serving 600 calories.
