TED'S GRILL ROQUEFORT DRESSING

1/4 to 1/3 teaspoon Coleman's mustard
1/4 to 1/3 teaspoon coarse ground black pepper
1/4 teaspoon Accent
1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon FRESH ground HOT horseradish
1 pint GOOD mayonnaise
2 to 3 oz crumbled Roquefort or Bleu cheese
Salt
White vinegar

Make paste of mustard, pepper, Accent, garlic powder and horseradish.  If more liquid is needed, add juice 1 lemon.

Stir in 1 pint of mayonnaise - do not beat.

Add cheese and stir (do not beat).  Add salt and white vinegar to taste.  If too thick, thin with milk, cream, sour cream, or buttermilk.

Marinate in refrigerator at least 12 hours before using.
